Atento is an innovative e-commerce platform that offers personalized digital gift vouchers for every occasion, from birthdays to corporate rewards. Their mission is to provide fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly gifting solutions, eliminating the need for plastic gift cards while supporting local businesses.
We partnered with Atento to design and develop a fully customized digital gifting platform. Our focus was to create a seamless user experience where customers can personalize and send gift vouchers instantly via SMS or email. For corporate clients, we developed a robust bulk gifting solution that simplifies sending branded vouchers to employees, partners, and customers.
The technical challenge.
We faced the challenge of building a scalable, cost-effective e-commerce platform that could handle a growing user base and support high-volume transactions, especially during peak gifting seasons. The platform needed to seamlessly manage personalized gift vouchers, instant digital delivery, and bulk corporate orders—all while ensuring a smooth, secure user experience.
Additionally, integrating various third-party services, including payment gateways, SMS/email delivery systems, and customer management tools, required extensive backend development and API integration. Each component needed to work together seamlessly to provide a fast, reliable, and user-friendly experience for both individual customers and corporate clients.
